Preacher Joel Osteen made an appearance on the Hollywood backed "Piers Morgan Tonight" with his wife Victoria Osteen and answered a number of tough questions. When asked whether homosexuality is a sin, Osteen responded "yes" as that is what the Bible states.

He was very kind in his answer, offering gays to change their lifestyle to be in compliance with what the Bible says, as God can forgive them. Contrary to what some, such as singer Lady GaGa, claim on songs such as "Born This Way" - God does not send people into this world gay - it is a choice. There is no credible scientific proof to the contrary. However, God is merciful and forgiving, but repentance is required.
