Obama Heath Care Law Ruled Unconstitutional Again

"Judge: Obama Health Care Plan Unconstitutional"

A second U.S. judge has ruled the health care plan of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is unconstitutional. Judge Roger Vinson of Pensacola, Florida decreed, to force Americans to purchase health insurance is a violation of the U.S. Constitution. The Judiciary Report is not in favor of President Obama's health care law, which added over a trillion dollars to the U.S. deficit, but it does not appear unconstitutional.

Case in point, American motorists are forced to purchase insurance for vehicles, lest they face penalties from the authorities. This has been enforced for years. The health care plan would be no different, but it is a wasteful bill, with items quietly tucked away in it that many Americans do not approve of, such as abortion funding. The Republican Party has vowed to dismantle President Obama's health care law in any manner they can and this is clearly apart of their plan.

The Washington Times wrote, "In ruling against President Obama‘s health care law, federal Judge Roger Vinson used Mr. Obama‘s own position from the 2008 campaign against him, when the then-Illinois senator argued there were other ways to achieve reform short of requiring every American to purchase insurance. 'I note that in 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did not include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that, ‘If a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house.’” Once again, the President's words have come back to haunt him, much like his campaign promises.

The CBS sitcom "Two And A Half Men" is going on a costly hiatus, as its star, actor, Charlie Sheen, is undergoing treatment at a rehab facility. A few days ago, Sheen hired several porn stars and bought loads of cocaine, which was delivered to his mansion in a briefcase.

Sheen then went on a on a massive bender. The incident landed him in the hospital with stomach pains. Thankfully, he did not die. He is clearly trying to live up to his promiscuous television character's ways and to his detriment, as it could have killed him.

Sheen makes $2,000,000 per episode of the hit sitcom, but that money has brought him many problems. A porn star posted a copy of a $30,000 check Sheen gave her for partying with him...and by partying the site means sex and drugs.

He seems very lonely and unhappy, as only someone with a great void in his life would attempt to buy someone's affection. Sadly, these people are not Sheen's friends, because you don't have to pay the people that love you to be around you. It's amazing how fame can be so lonely and isolating.

It's ironic the money CBS gave Sheen in salary, is costing him money via missed work days, due to harmful behavior that he bankrolled with said pay, which has brought his show to a screeching halt, further losing the network tens of millions of dollars.

Six months ago, the Judiciary Report advised against the idea of TV personality, Piers Morgan, replacing veteran talk show host "Larry King" in his CNN program and time slot. Morgan was announced as King's actual replacement, which the site deemed a bad idea, believing it would not be a case of one entering a situation with a built in audience, but a matter of losing one. No newbie should seek that scenario.

As stated previously, it would be difficult to take over where King left off, rather than starting one's own show independent of the original program. According to ratings released this week, the newcomer's show "Piers Morgan Tonight" which debuted recently, has already lost millions of viewers in a matter of weeks of being on the air. The show is down to 498,000 unique viewers. Currently, this website is pulling more readers than Morgan is drawing viewers, with far less promotion and overhead.

The moral of the story is...I was right again and that's all that matters. Seriously, the moral of the story is do not try to replace someone deemed a legend. It can backfire. Furthermore, who really needs such comparisons at an early stage in one's international career.
